very cool ship :)

I'm looking forward to seeing it finished and textured.

As far as what could be better, changed, improved, etc. I'd rather wait until your closer to being done, because atm there are some elements of the ship that I can tell your not done placing.

Thank you for sharing this work :D

well was thinking you might want to balance the bridge structure by adding the dome figures to the left side like you have on the right. The only other element would be then texturing, which I suppose is more like a step than a element LOL.

Oh yeah one other thing to consider is some way of showing water sealing for the base structure. any ship with that low a water line would almost be half sub hehehe :D

so what program are you using to model this? I would love to get a hold of the model and texture/render this in a scene :D

Well I'm using 3d Studio max 2010. I was thinking about the water line, but my scale is off, the trouble of making it up as I go! lol I'll probably show it with the textures... it may be a while before I get to the textures, I'm only a hobby 3d artiest! lol

As for the bridge I still have Radar and stuff to place on there somewhere, but I've not decided what to put on the other side though.

What program do you use?? I could send over the boat, I don't know how you like to build your ships, but mine are in bits, which are all linked together...

mostly I use DAZ/Studio but I can import obj and 3ds files through Poseray and then import to studio. bit of a pain but lets me bring in a lot of stuff :)

and I haven't done much modeling yet. I prefer to work the colors and scenes more than making the "props" heh

matter of fact I respect anyone who has the patience to make and rig a lot of these models.
