The first part of a set I hope, This is a Asteroid Miner / Harvester The forward guns break apart the larger asteroids and then goes for the smaller pieces.
Hovering over them it uses the capturing arms below the main cabin, which also lasers to cut down further if necessary, to capture a piece, then using a matter transporter extracts the minerals and places them into the storage tank(s) on the back.
